Gotherington Replacement Sash Box Bay Window

The project

Replacing old single glazed sash box bay windows and sills which were rotten and in desperate need of repainting and extensive repair, ill-fitting and letting in draughts and moisture. It was vital to retain the period feel of the front elevation of the house.

The solution

Our solution was to manufacture a bespoke double glazed sash box bay window in replica style, mouldings, proportions and other architectural features in this early Edwardian house in the Gloucestershire countryside.

The result

We installed a new timber 24mm double glazed argon filled  sash box bay window, painted to a finish in colours of client’s choice, fully draught proofed to eliminate draughts, reduce noise and improve return on energy costs.
