Cheltenham garden access window

The project

Our client in Cheltenham needed their sash window to open fully with ease so they could use it to access their garden, as there were no doors to the garden.

The solution

Our solution was to service and draught proof the window to ensure it opens smoothly and all the way.

We removed and re-hung the window on new sash cord, re-weighted and balanced the window with lead weights so it was able to open fully and stay open without dropping.

We draught proofed the window to help reduce noise from outside and eliminate draughts.

The result

The client is able to use the sash window to access the garden easily.
